The DriveTime Warranty features and benefits listed below can help you make a decision to purchase a used car. We understand you may have doubts about the quality and dependability of a used car. However, we guarantee all of our used cars. Every used car on our lots has passed an extensive multi-point inspection and is protected by our DriveTime Warranty.
The Features
You will find that the DriveTime Warranty is of great value. We offer warranty coverage on most of the mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle. Coverage includes the repair or replacement of:
- Climate control – The compressor assembly, compressor clutch assembly, condenser, evaporator, heater core, orifice tube, electronic temperature control programmer, blower motor, blower motor resistor, expansion valve, receiver/dryer and accumulator.
- Engine – All internal lubricated parts contained within the engine block or cylinder head(s) are covered. The internal or external electronic control units including the engine control modules and transmission control modules are also covered.
- Drive axles- The DriveTime Warranty features coverage for all internally lubricated parts contained in the front and rear drive axles. Axles, bearings, drive shaft and u-joints are included in the coverage.
- Transmission- All internal lubricated parts of the transmission and contained in the transmission case are listed for coverage under the DriveTime Warranty features and benefits. The torque converter, vacuum modulator, internal or external electronic control units, overdrive units internal shift fork, transmission cooling system and all internal lubricated parts of the final drive housing are part of the warranty coverage.
The Benefits
There are great benefits when you cash in on all of the DriveTime Warranty features. We want our customers to take advantage of the continuing car care service we provide on all used vehicles we sell. Our customers can drive away knowing they are in a safe, reliable vehicle that is protected under our 36 month/ 36,000 mile DriveTime Warranty. Features of the warranty not only include coverage for mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle but also comes with oil changes and roadside assistance. Oil changes are performed every 3,000 miles. We hope our customers will take advantage of everything the DriveTime Warranty has to offer.
The benefits include:
- New oil filter
- Replacement of up to five quarts of oil
- Fluid check and replacement
- Inflate tires to proper pressure
